Welcome!

We’re glad you’ve taken the time to learn more about our organization!

Parents AT Home originated in Columbia, Maryland in 2000 as a support organization for all parents and caregivers staying at home, either full- or part-time, to raise their children. Since then, Parents AT Home has grown to three chapters in Central Maryland.  Our current chapters are in Mount Airy, Catonsville/Baltimore County and Columbia.

About Parents AT Home

Parents AT Home, Inc. is a community support organization for families raising children.  We are a nonprofit corporation and a 501 (C) (3) publicly-supported charity registered with the IRS.  We are not a religiously affiliated organization.

We welcome everyone, whether you stay home with your children or work outside the home.  While most of our members are full- and part-time stay-at-home parents, we also welcome grandparents and other caregivers.  Unlike other groups, membership in Parents AT Home is open to any person who takes care of children including, but not limited to, mothers, fathers, grandparents and nannies.
